Head of Emerging Enterprise Risk– Retail/Consumer Bank, Cairo Egypt

CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Emerging Enterprise Risk for an International Retail/Consumer Bank in Africa.

The objective of the role is to;
- A credit professional responsible for credit risk structuring of transactions and sanctioning covering multiple industry sectors for SME customers with a specialized experience in the Small Business target segment.
- Ensure that the Impairment budgets for the Small Business (Emerging Enterprise) segment is adequately managed without any breaches
- Staff management, by supporting the Retail Credit Risk Director in delivering effective performance development for team.
- Support the Credit Team in providing credit input to regional risk team, delivering a World-Class Credit service and contributing towards achievement of the team’s risk and business objectives.
- Ensure that as a Team Leader and a Sanctioner, the agreed asset quality of portfolio is maintained both as regards risk decisions supporting origination interim reviews, annual reviews and ongoing monitoring and control.
- Receive Customer complaints; assist in steps to resolve the complaint in the eyes of our customer.

The objective of the role is to;
The Talent, L&D Cluster Head role is responsible for all Talent, Learning and Development activity in support of the geographical cluster and the businesses and support functions contained within
The role will support the business to drive performance through the effective application and management of all Talent, L&D activity working closely with the Head of Talent, L&D for Emerging Markets and the BA Heads of L&D for the main Product areas working with and through the L&D Managers in country and Regional and Cluster Heads of HR and Country Heads of HR
The role will ensure that there is true alignment with the BA Talent, L&D strategy with appropriate regional interpretation applied dependent on local priorities and L&D requirements by leading the L&D Country Managers and their L&D teams
