URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HEAD OF LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT & TALENT - RETAIL BANK - EGYPT
CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Learning, Development & Talent for an International Retail/Consumer Bank in Africa.
The objective of the role is to;
- The HR contributes to the organization by constantly assessing the effectiveness. Also sponsors change in other departments and in work practices. To promote the overall success of the organization, champions the identification of the organizational mission, vision, values, goals and action plans. Finally, helps determine the measures that will tell the organization how well it is succeeding in all of this. Lead on the Identification of learning and development needs across functions, ensuring best practice is followed, regulatory and mandatory training is available and is in accordance with business needs
- Co-ordinate the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development ensuring return on investment and a cost effective efficient provision for building and liaising with internal facilitators and L& D external providers, including procurement and payment in compliance with Group procurement requirements
- Lead on the establishment of a preferred supplier list for the sourcing of learning and development solutions to ensure best value, cost efficiency and best product/service for purpose - Provide leadership to the learning and development teams across the businesses ensuring consistency of approach to L&D local needs are captured
