Chief Executive Officer (banking, finance, microfinance, lending),Swaziland The main purpose of this role is the development of the microfinance business in Swaziland. Responsibilities Overall development, management and direction of Swaziland operations Launching new products as per market demand and ensure further modification on new products is presented to the group risk committee for approval Increase market share in government, achieving set targets Enter new markets through signing up private sector employers and achieve a reasonable market penetration in each of these employers Formulating and manage marketing campaigns to generate sufficient publicity and build the brand Management of the collections team to ensure collections targets are met Management of staff and HR issues including training, development and mentoring of staff Explore and establish new products and markets Establish and maintain relationships with senior government employees and Central Bank regulatory staff Monthly preparation of documentation for, and reporting to, Exco committee Present quarterly progress to the group Requirements Business degree, an Honours or Masters will be an added advantage No less than 10 years working experience No less than 3 years should be spent in a similar role or a similar organization A good command of English, both written and verbal is a requirement of the job Strong self-starter Result driven Leadership and management skills Enforcing, detailed, goal driven with an expansionary kind of mind set as opposed to a control mind set Send your CV to Danelle at CA Global (danelle@caglobalint.com), or visit our website (www.banking-recruitment-jobs.com) for further information.
