Managing Director (MD) – Swaziland

CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Managing Director (MD) for a Commercial and domestic Bank in Africa.

The objective of the role is to;

To lead and manage the clients Swaziland branch and to increase its market share by 12% per annum through an appropriate footprint, internally aligned and capable structures that supports business growth, leveraging synergies and cross selling opportunities with the Old Mutual group, developing mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholder groups, enabling the implementation of the Financial Services Charter and acting as the custodian of the Bank's brand in the market in order to achieve the client’s vision of becoming the number bank in the country for all communities.
