Senior Private Equity Manager – Investment Group, Johannesburg South Africa

CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a highly qualified candidate for the role of Senior Private Equity Manager for one of its clients in South Africa.

Overview:
1. Manage the Group’s Private Equity capability across Africa and grow the deal pipeline while simultaneously creating highly profitable business;
2. Create the strategy and build the team, leveraging off the group’s existing capabilities, strong African footprint and brand presence.
3. There will be responsibility related to the business development efforts in current and new countries in Africa. Some of these may be outside the typical sphere of private equity. It is essential that the candidate have extensive experience with all aspects of private equity, including: fund raising, deal origination, transaction management and finally with exiting the transaction.
