Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Vice President/Senior Vice President, Bank in Africa, Togo

CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a very senior and highly qualified candidate for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of its International Banking clients in Africa.

Role Overview:

To define and implement financial strategy, management and policy and reporting frameworks for the Bank in order to maximize shareholder value and ensure investments are secure and compliant with IFRS requirement.

Manage directly a team of about 10 Group financial controllers and the overall financial controllers across the Group.

The Candidate must have;

- At least 15 years financial management experience in a banking environment or large and dynamic multi-national at senior/executive management level.

- Relevant financial degree from reputable university

- Expert knowledge in strategic and operational/budgeting planning processes.

- Verbal and written proficiency in both English and French (HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS)

- In-depth understanding of strategic banking issues.
