Role summary;
Develops company’s private equity investment policy and procedures and provides technical direction and leadership to investment staff within the Group on investment analysis and evaluation and portfolio management, ensuring;
- Compliance with company investment policies, Board and Investment Committee guidelines and Funds investment policies and procedures
- Optimises returns
- Continuing investment monitoring after investments are closed
