Senior Head of Operations – International Banking, Mauritius

CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a highly qualified candidate for the role of Senior Operations Manager for one of its Global Banking clients to be based in Mauritius.

PLEASE NOTE: Mauritian passport holders and/or country locals with international experience are HIGHLY encouraged to apply

Role Synopsis:

- To lead the in-country COO unit of the client, consisting of Change, Operations, IT and Treasury Ops developing an integrated COO function that supports the in-country MD with key capabilities

- To be accountable for the aggregate plan and delivery of systems, operations and the general operating model in-country

- To leverage the advantages of bringing together the operational expertise and drive through more efficient ways of working

- To contribute to the in-country leadership, with dedicated and singular focus on execution and delivery.

- To represent the COO function at Country Management Committee and ensure the correct specialist knowledge is brought in to inform that committee according to agenda requirement
