Business Operations Analyst (Business Process Management) – Gaborone, Botswana

Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the business units operate more efficiently through continuous analysis, streamlining, design, documentation, implementation of business processes, identifying any operational risks within these processes, and implementing measures/controls to mitigate against these risks in the most cost effective manner.
Requirements
• Must be a citizen of Botswana / South Africa
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• 5 years relevant experience in a banking environment
• Proficiency in computer Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Exposure to at least one process/Technology tool (ARIS, Provision, Casewise, Rational)
• Exposure to business analysis tools, methodologies and software
• Excellent planning and leadership skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of risk
