Head of Retail Banking (Service Delivery, Risk and Compliance) – Gaborone, Botswana

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall performance of Retail Banking delivery channels, products and services, to achieve efficient service delivery, business and revenue growth, Credit and Risk Compliance, through effective People Management.
Requirements
• Must be a citizen of Botswana / South Africa
• B.Comm or equivalent degree
• An Masters in Business Administration would be an added advantage
• Ten (10) years experience of which 5 should have been in retail banking environment at management level.
• Strong networks within the retail and business market.
• Sound knowledge of credit principles.
• Excellent Group dynamics and team building skills
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent Budgeting and planning skills.
• Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent at analyzing and evaluating financial information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
