CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a CEO for a Microfinance institution in Tanzania. The client is a leader in Microfinance with a large network of operations.
As the CEO you will be responsible for leading and Managing the Institution, provide overall direction to the organization and ensure maximum outreach, sustainability and transformation of the Institutions operations as well as develop and recommend corporate policies as well as short-term and long-term business plans for Board approval and implementation.
You will need to have a Bachelors degree in a related field (a Masters will be advantageous) as well as 15 years of working experience with at least 10 of them within a Senior Management role.
