CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Collections Manager for one of its Microfinance clients in Lesotho.
The objective of the role is to improve collections by shortening the collection cycle and standardizing the collections process and to fully develop and manage 1st strike collections from payroll or Debit orders, all arrears collections by establishing a collections call centre and managing the legal collections process.
The candidate will need a Bachelors degree in Commerce or related diploma as well as at least 5 years of post qualifying experience with at least 2 years experience within a similar role or organization and a good command of English, both written and verbal.
