CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for one of its Microfinance clients in Kenya.
The purpose of the role is to direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of all branch operations in support of policies, goals, culture, core values and objectives established by the Country Chief Executive Officer, Regional COO and the Board of Directors.
You will need to have a bachelors degree (MBA would be advantageous) as well as 7 years progressively responsible Banking or Savings & Loan and Operations work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
