CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Department (Resource Mobilization and Allocation) for one of its clients in Africa.
Working within the Department you will lead the Bank’s resource mobilization activities and be responsible for major fund raising initiatives, the coordination/preparation for relevant documentation to support resource mobilization and monitoring funds allocation and debt-related initiatives.
In order to be successful you will need to have a Masters degree in economics, politics/government, social sciences, business administration, international affairs or other relevant field as well as 9 years experience with at least 4 years of them in a Managerial position.
