CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Legal Counsel (Procurement and Fiduciary Services) for one of its clients in Africa.
As the Legal Counsel your responsibility will be to provide advise on all legal issues related to Procurement and Financial Management matters, on policies and in Bank-financed operations, and on public Procurement and FM institutional and regulatory frameworks.
You will be required to play a leading role in the legal, policy and fiduciary aspects of Procurement and Financial Management in the overall projects portfolio as well as within legal support and sound management of the portfolio in the area of procurement and Financial Management.
You will have a Masters degree in Law, with a major in a relevant discipline (additional qualifications in procurement related areas such as engineering, architecture, procurement, management or commerce will be advantageous) and 7 years of working experience in the formulation and implementation of procurement-legal policies programmes and projects in Africa or other Developing countries.
Fluency in English and French is a must.
