CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Group Head, Private Equity for one of its Microfinance and Lending clients in South Africa.

The main purpose of the role is to head up the Group’s Private Equity capabilities across Africa as well as to grow the deal pipeline and create a highly profitable business and to create the strategy and build the team, leveraging off the group’s existing capabilities, strong African footprint and brand presence.

You will need a CA (SA) or equivalent; CFA, MBA as well as a minimum of 10 years experience within Private Equity (experience within Africa will be highly advantageous), a SAICA Membership (or equivalent) and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
