Head of Foreign Operations (International Banking) – Retail Bank, Congo (Brazzaville)
CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Foreign Operations (International Banking) for one of its clients in Congo (Brazzaville).
Your main responsibility will be to build the Foreign Operations department and to develop and implement an Operational Strategy that facilitates excellent customer service delivery of the bank’s International banking services.
You will need a relevant degree as well as a minimum of 6 years of working experience within the Banking sector with at least 2 of them being in a senior role.
You will also need excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written), fluency in French is a must.
