CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Wholesale & Retail Banking for one of its clients in Uganda.
The focus is driving the growth strategy and business development opportunities in the wholesale segment and to further strengthen the Bank's ability to deliver value to clients as well as to formulate and facilitate the implementation of strategies which contribute to the Bank’s market share, profitability and related objectives in the Retail Banking Sector.
You will need a relevant degree (Masters is preferred) as well as 10 years of working experience within the banking sector (both Wholesale banking and Retail banking) with a minimum of 4 years in a Management role.
