The main purpose of the role is to Develop and implement a business plan that facilitates the delivery of quality products and excellent customer service delivery and also to develop and sustain a customer-focused service delivery organization.
You will need a relevant degree as well as a minimum of 7 years working experience within the Banking sector with at least 3 years of senior management experience.
Sound knowledge of banking operations as well as excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written) and fluency in French and English.
