CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Legal & Compliance for one our clients in Congo.
You will advise on Legal matters related to the bank's operations and issues, effectively lead the country’s legal team, Implementation and review of the policies and processes and liaise with relevant external bodies and furnishing regulatory compliance reports.
You will need a relevant degree (Masters is preferred) as well as a minimum of 7 years working experience with at least 3 of them within a Senior Managment role.
Fluency in French and English is a must.
