CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Credit Risk Management for an International Retail Bank in Africa.
You will be responsible for building and leading an integrated Risk function that will cover all major areas including credit, operational and market risk, financial crime and business banking support as well as to reviewing and deriving appropriate credit policies in accordance to the bank's policies, business strategies and statutory requirements.
You will need a relevant degree as well as a minimum of 9 years working experience within the Banking services sector, with a minimum of 5 years senior management experience.
