CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Electronic Banking (E-Banking) for one of its clients in Mozambique.
You will be developing and managing all electronic banking services and channels for the bank (ATM, self service machines, Internet banking etc) to ensure these channels are actively used by customers as well as leading all initiatives for electronic banking services and channels (i.e. service quality, marketing, branding, advertising , promotions and campaigns) to promote customer registration and transaction usage.
You will need a relevant degree (Masters is preferred) and a minimum of 6 years working experience within a Retail Bank, with at least 3 years within a Management role.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must.
