CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Credit Office for one of its clients in Congo.
You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing Credit Reports submitted by the business lines based on respective policies, procedures and approved authorities matrix as well as recommending approval/ rejection of the Credit Request to respective credit committee, providing risk mitigation solutions/ alternatives when necessary in line with the policies spirit, guidelines and overall risk appetite.
You will need a relevant degree as well as 8 years of experience within the banking sector with at least 3 years in a similar role and fluency in French and English.
